Deposits and Cancellations Policy

1. Deposits:
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total lesson fee is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited towards the total cost of the lesson.
• The remaining balance is due 3 days before the scheduled lesson date.
2. Cancellation Policy:
• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will result in a rescheduled lesson at no additional cost.
• Less Than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability, and a new deposit may be required.
• No-Show: Failure to attend the scheduled lesson without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling will require a new deposit.
3. Rescheduling:
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original lesson time. If rescheduled, the deposit will be transferred to the new date. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee.
4. Emergency Situations:
• In case of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling or refunds on a case-by-case basis.
